Sample Kit Policy

Our sample kits are carefully curated collections of sustainable paper designed to help you make informed decisions for your business. Due to the nature of these products, sample kit fees are non-refundable once shipped. Sample kits are intended as decision-making tools and educational resources rather than returnable products.

Order Credits

While sample kit fees are non-refundable, we offer a credit program for customers who proceed with bulk orders:

  • Sample kit fees can be credited toward bulk orders of £400 or more
  • Credits apply to orders placed within 6 months of sample kit purchase
  • The full sample kit fee will be deducted from your bulk order total
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
  • Credits are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sample kit arrives damaged or contains defective samples, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional charge. To report damage or defects:

  • Email us at info@officeiocraftex.world with your order details and photos of the damage
  • Call us at +441512308600 during business hours
  • Provide your order number and description of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange for replacement samples to be shipped promptly.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect sample kit due to our error, we will send you the correct kit at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may keep the incorrectly shipped items or return them at our expense, at your discretion.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may forfeit the consultation fee.

Bulk Orders Through Partner Suppliers

Officeiocraftex provides guidance and connections to sustainable paper suppliers but does not directly fulfill bulk paper orders. Return and refund policies for bulk orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific supplier you work with. We recommend reviewing supplier policies before placing large orders.

We are happy to assist in resolving any issues with bulk orders placed through our recommended suppliers, but ultimate resolution is between you and the supplier.

Cancellations

You may cancel a sample kit order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the non-refundable policy applies. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone
  • Provide your order number and request cancellation
  • Cancellations are processed immediately if the order has not yet shipped

Satisfaction Guarantee

While sample kits are non-refundable, we stand behind the quality of our guidance and selections. If you are dissatisfied with your sample kit, please let us know. We will work with you to understand your concerns and may offer additional samples or alternative recommendations at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are included in sample kit pricing. If you request expedited shipping, those fees are non-refundable. In cases where we ship replacement items due to damage or our error, we cover all shipping costs.

Processing Time

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
